Experimental studies of Bee Venom Injection about Dose of Death in Mouse

Abstract
|
|
|
For the clinical use of api-toxin theraphy, the experimental studies of LD_(50) were administered to the mice.
The obtained results are summarized as follows.
1. The group of 1 - 10% injected api-toxin solution were all died in 12hrs.
2. The group of 0.5% injected api-toxin solution were all died without male 1 and female 2 in 12hrs.
3. The group of 0.2% injected api-toxin solution were all died without male 3 and female 2 in 12hrs.
4. The group of 0.18% injected api-toxin solution were all died without male 8 and female 6 in 12hrs.
S. The group of 0.17% injected api-toxin solution were lived male 10 and femalel2 in 12hrs.
6. It is supposed that LD_(50) of api-toxin is about 1.7×10＾(-2)g/㎏
7. The change of weight was not showed in experimental group.
8. The demage of viscera structure was not showed in dead mice.
